the intimacies and little moments

I’m really happy with the outcome of this project. Dale and Elana, two of my closest friends, inspired me with their beautiful connection. Their love was the main inspiration behind this endeavor. It’s the little moments shared with your other half that truly matter—it lies in the pure vulnerability of those shared experiences. Being able to journey through life with another person is one of life's greatest blessings.

In the weeks leading up to the shoot, we excitedly brainstormed ideas, and they trusted me with the direction, design, and composition. Elana played a pivotal role in the set design for every photo, understanding the critical importance of surroundings in storytelling. Each image features three main characters: Dale, Elana, and the setting. Dale's presence in front of the camera made my job as a photographer incredibly smooth. His professionalism and experience as a model, coupled with Dale and Elana's natural ease of posing and chemistry, made the work effortless. Special thanks to Lena Shepulski for her invaluable help and support throughout the shoot day. She ensured seamless transitions between scenes.

The journey from concept to finished project was an amazing experience, and I look forward to more projects like this. Creating artwork keeps my inner child alive. This was so much fun!
